Andrew runs Winter Advisory LLC, a consultant/contractor shop at the intersection of company building and early stage investing. Andrew is the co-founder of Bantee, the social golf app for the next generation of golfers, and the co-founder of WeClimate, an equity crowdfunding platform built to expand and accelerate the total sum of dollars invested in efforts to combat the climate crisis. Andrew is also a venture partner at MBA Ventures.

Previously, Andrew spent time as an Investor at Immeasurable, as a Strategic Growth Lead at Kahani, and as a Program Manager on the Pricing & Inventory team at ClassPass.

In 2015, Andrew graduated from Washington and Lee University with a Bachelor's Degree in Economics. He currently lives in Berkeley, CA and is pursuing his MBA at the Haas School of Business.
